FBM offers group prenatal movement, private education sessions, and birth, postpartum and newborn support lead by Birth Nurses. With a focus on individualized care, each family is met where they are—providing the knowledge, confidence, and connection needed for a positive birth experience and early parenting journey.

    birth movement is a 45 minute intimate prenatal movement session designed to focus on pelvic mobility, tension release, & deep breathing to help prepare for labor & birth.
